Is there a bar?
Two bottles of table wine will be provided at each table (this is included in the ticket price) There is also a bar with drinks available for purchase. The prices are the following:
Soft Drink: $2
Mixed Drinks: $7
Beer Imported: $9
Beer Domestic: $7
Wine by the glass: $7
Wine bottle: $35
What can we expect at the Kipling Formal?
Dinner
Dancing with a great DJ
Photo booth
Late night poutine bar
Chance to win a prize
Will there be transportation provided?
Yes, there will be buses to and from Liuna Station departing and arriving to Hatch. The bus times are 6:45 pm, 7:00 pm, 7:20 pm and return trips are at 11:00 pm, 12:00 am, and 1:00 am.

When will we be able to see the final seating chart?
The final seating chart will be available on of March 25th
When are Kipling pranks?
Kipling pranks will be set up on the evening of March 24th and will be available on March 25th.
When do tickets sales end?
March 10th
Hello everyone, we are less than a week out until Kipling and we are so excited to celebrate with you!!!! Here are some quick announcements and updates for the Kipling Formal and Pranks

Before Kipling Formal:
Pls confirm that your name and dietary restriction is on the sheet below: (we will only be adding names at this time not moving any)
Transportation: There is parking available for those who are driving and there are buses available for those who need transportation. If you have signed up for a bus, please arrive at Hatch at 6:45 pm. There will be 3 buses leaving in 15 minute intervals, WITH THAT SAID PLS DO NOT SHOW UP LATE AT 7:15 AS THERE ARE LIMITED SEATS ON THE BUS!!!!!! If you require transportation and did not fill out the google form, pls contact us ASAP!!!

Kipling Pranks:
Setup for Kipling pranks begin on the evening of March 24th and the pranks will run on March 25th
If you have been asked to contact facility services, pls do ASAP
The evening of Kipling Formal (March 25th):
Dress Code: Semi-Formal/Formal: Have fun and play around with it! Wear an outfit you feel comfortable in! Some examples include: a button-down dress shirt and pants, a suit and tie, dresses, blouses and pants/skirts, jumpsuits, etc.
Put your game faces on there will be chances to win prizes!
Get ready to have an amazing night and party!!!
